What can I do to exit my apartment lease early? - early exit from a lease sample letter
I rented my first apartment in September '09 and had signed up to a year lease. I do not need in the apartment for the summer (I am) a student and I finish 1st May. Is there a way to break this lease? I really do not know how many sub-lease .... I am a real estate agent for him or go to my home? Should I find someone to sublet or real estate agent can do that? I am in the Mission Hill neighborhood of Boston.
